BREAKING: Lagos residents scoop fuel as tanker overturns at Tincan bridge[Video]

A fuel tanker filled with petroleum motor spirit, commonly referred to as PMS, has overturned at the Tincan Liverpool Bridge in Apapa, Lagos.

The video of the incident, which Channels Television shared on Monday morning, depicts Nigerians collecting the tanker’s contents from beneath the bridge.

“Currently at Tincan Liverpool Bridge, Apapa: A tanker has overturned, and individuals are collecting its contents from beneath the bridge,” reported Channels TV.

According to ZINGTIE, tanker explosions are a frequent tragedy in Nigeria, even though there have been numerous warnings about the risks of gathering spilled fuel.
