Burial of Mr Ibu begins in Enugu [VIDEO]

John Okafor, popularly known as Mr. Ibu, was a late Nollywood actor. His funeral started in his birthplace Amuri, in the Nkanu West Local Government Area of Enugu State.

Mr. Ibu passed away in Lagos in March 2024 from heart arrest.
The comedian passed away due to complications resulting from the amputation of one of his legs.

The late Ita Iheme, a well-known actor, costarred in the film “Mr. Ibu,” which brought the Enugu-born actor to prominence in 2004.

The late actor acted in over 200 Nollywood productions, including “Mr. Ibu in London,” “Mr. Ibu and His Son,” “Coffin Producers,” “Husband Suppliers,” “International Players,” and numerous others.

The 62-year-old Enugu State Institute of Management and Technology alumnus passed away.
