Nollywood actress Angela Okorie has criticized Grammy-winning singer Burna Boy for failing to honor his promise of buying a Lamborghini for socialite Sophia Egbueje after allegedly having a one-night stand with her.

This follows a leaked audio recording in which Sophia accused Burna Boy of not fulfilling his promise of purchasing the luxury car after their encounter.

Reacting to the situation, Angela argued that Burna Boy took advantage of the socialite, emphasizing that she had already made it clear to him what she wanted. The actress pointed out that, as a public figure and role model, Burna Boy should have set a better example and honored his word.

In a video shared on her Instagram page, Okorie expressed her views, saying, “This is the wrongest thing any celebrity will ever do. You’re supposed to be human; God made you this mega superstar for a reason—to advocate for the people who cannot speak and help those who need it. As far as I’m concerned, that girl [Sophia Egbueje] needs help. But you took advantage of her because she told you her price.”

“Those criticising Sophia for demanding a Lamborghini are not being fair because she has named her price. That’s who she is. She has told you she’s as big as a Lamborghini. If you can afford that then you can sleep with her. That’s what she said. And you, a public figure, an A-list mega super star that is supposed to be advocating for people that need help, you are taking advantage of it.”
