Champions League: Carragher names three teams better than Real Madrid

According to former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher, three clubs in this year’s Champions League are superior to Real Madrid.

He mentioned Arsenal, Inter Milan, and Manchester City.

In response to Madrid’s 1-1 draw with RB Leipzig in the second leg of their last-16 match, Carragher was speaking on CBS Sports.

“I do feel they’re a long way short of certainly Manchester City, and maybe Inter Milan and Arsenal.

“I don’t think they’re up there when it comes to the best teams in Europe right now,” Carragher stated

Madrid has now joined City, Bayern Munich, and Paris Saint-Germain in qualifying for the quarterfinals.
