Champions League: ‘They’ve top quality’ – Musiala singles out five Arsenal players

Five Arsenal players have been singled out for appreciation by Bayern Munich star Jamal Musiala ahead of his team’s April quarterfinal matchup with the Gunners in the UEFA Champions League.

The Germany international, who believes that Arsenal has “top quality” players at every position but is cautious of the threat the Premier League North London club poses, named Martin Odegaard, Bukayo Saka, Gabriel Martinelli, Declan Rice, and Kai Havertz.

After defeating Porto and Lazio, respectively, Arsenal and Bayern Munich secured their spots in the Champions League’s round of eight.

“Martin Odegaard is a brilliant playmaker in midfield, but there’s a lot of quality throughout the team,” Musiala told Sport Bild.

“Saka, Martinelli, Rice, Havertz and many more. They have top quality in every position. We have to be ready for that.”
