Dele Farotimi accuses Tinubu of stealing, full details

A politician and lawyer from Nigeria, Dele Farotimi, has made the startling claim that President Bola Tinubu abruptly stole the country’s leadership.

At a public speech on July 12, 2024, Farotimi boldly declared that Tinubu’s election was unlawful and dishonest. Numerous people have called for a probe into the claim, which has shocked the nation.

Widespread discussion and controversy have resulted from Farotimi’s declaration; some Nigerians have ardently refuted it, while others have backed it. In addition, the opposition party has voiced its opinion and requested an urgent meeting to discuss the matter.

The claims coincide with current worries about democratic governance and election integrity in Nigeria, making the situation delicate. Allegations of vote manipulation and recent electoral disputes have left the nation in shock.

Although Farotimi’s assertions have been discounted by Tinubu’s supporters as politically driven and without merit, the administration has not yet responded to the allegations.

Many Nigerians are left wondering whether Farotimi’s charges are true as the story develops. The circumstances have sparked concerns about the credibility of the election process and the viability of Nigeria’s democracy.
