Ian Wright, a legend of Arsenal, confessed to his concern regarding the team’s handling of matches in the closing stages.
On Sunday, Wright was examining the Gunners’ 2-1 win against Chelsea in the Premier League studios
Mikel Arteta’s men secured all three points at the Emirates, with Jurrien Timber scoring a header in the second half of the match.
However, after Pedro Neto was sent off, leaving the Blues with only 10 players, Arsenal could not increase their advantage with 20 minutes remaining.
Wright said: “Chelsea were down to 10 men, it would be good to know what’s happening with Arsenal in the second half.
“It all comes down to ‘you get the job done,’ I’m happy the job was done, but I’ll be worried for the next game because I saw the same thing happening again in the second half.”
