Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, a former Kano State governor, has been named the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) Board Chairman.
Ganduje resigned as the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, just a few days before to this.
The declaration was made in Abuja during the official inauguration of recently selected FAAN board members.
Last Monday, Ganduje resigned from his high-ranking position in the ruling party, citing personal and pressing issues.
Since then, Ali Bukar Dalori has taken his place as the National Chairman of the APC.
Details will be provided soon.
