Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State has approved a compensation package of ₦600 million for property owners impacted by the upcoming flyover construction at the well-known Total Roundabout in Keffi, located within Keffi Local Government Area.
The confirmation came from the Managing Director of the Nasarawa Urban Development Board (NUDB), Engineer Mohammed Wada Yahaya, who shared the update in a Facebook post on Sunday morning.
Yahaya, who is also a resident of Keffi, noted that the disbursement process for the affected individuals is set to commence within the week.
The flyover, designed to reduce persistent traffic jams in Keffi, was awarded a few months ago at a contract value exceeding ₦10 billion.
This initiative is a key part of the state government’s larger plan to enhance infrastructure across the region.
