He was busy raping his female friend, not knowing he will die minutes later

Ernest Mduduzi Ntanzi, a 27-year-old man from Ngogo, KwaZulu-Natal, tragically died on Saturday night shortly after he was accused of raping Phindile Ntuli, a close friend. The community was shocked when what had started out as a horrible act of treachery swiftly transformed into a memorable instance of immediate retribution.

Ernest reportedly paid Phindile a visit late that night while posing as a close friend. After her parents had left for a family gathering, she was at home by herself. Ernest knocked on Phindile’s door at around 11:30 p.m. and said, “It’s me, Ernest.” He entered the house without breaking the door a short while later, and Phindile was shocked to see him at the door of her bedroom.

He allegedly broke the door in, fired a gunshot through it, then attacked her at gunpoint after she refused to let him in. Then, before she could call for assistance, he sexually assaulted her. The sound of gunfire and screams startled the neighbors, who hurried to the scene.

Ernest sprang out of a window in a desperate attempt to flee after realizing that the neighborhood was closing in on him. Karma, however, was waiting. He was instantaneously killed when a speeding truck struck him with full power as he ran into the dark road.

Ernest’s death on the scene was subsequently confirmed by police, and a posthumous rape and attempted murder prosecution was initiated.

Ernest’s passing serves as a reminder that no terrible deed goes unpunished, according to locals who have described the occurrence as a painful but potent manifestation of divine justice. Phindile is currently getting trauma assistance and medical attention.
