How forty-year-old man was brutally murdered in Niger

Unknown attackers are accused of ruthlessly killing Abubakar Tayi Mohammed, a 40-year-old resident of Mokwa’s Rabba neighborhood in the Mokwa Local Government Area of Niger State.

According to information obtained, the incident happened on Friday along Abattoir-Agric School Road.

ZINGTIE discovered that the deceased’s attackers had stolen his possessions and killed him with a machete.

SP Wasiu Abiodun, the Public Relations Officer for the Niger State Police Command, confirmed the event and revealed that attempts are being made to capture the murderers.

He claims that on the evening of June 6, the deceased was attacked by unidentified individuals.

“He was macheted to death, while his handset and Bajaj motorcycle were taken away,” Abiodun stated.

He added that the body was transferred to the General Hospital in Mokwa after police officers from the Mokwa Division arrived on the site.
