In response to the continuing controversy involving fellow gospel singer Mercy Chinwo, gospel musician Jaga Testimony has issued a caution against what he calls an attempt to subvert the “system of God.”

Testimony cautioned Ezekiel ThankGod, the head of the EeZee Conceptz record company, in a video message that his words and behavior had caused alarm.

Mercy Chinwo and Ezekiel ThankGod have recently been at the center of public controversy about purported divisions within the Christian music industry and money transactions pertaining to gospel music performances.
Testimony emphasized that his recent actions were needless and urged God to accept sincere repentance.

According to testimony, it was striking that powerful people in the gospel industry and religious authorities did not publicly support the cause.

He claimed that the reason no one is standing up for him now is because ThankGod has previously charged pastors and churches outrageous amounts for concerts.

“How come suddenly nobody is supporting what you are going through? Pastors are not coming out to stand for you, people who matter are silent. We know why—over the years, you have charged them. You didn’t have sympathy for churches,” he said.

He further warned that any attempt to “blackmail the system of God” would ultimately fail.

“Anything that is not of the Lord will always fail,” he declared
