Despite continuous allegations concerning a legal struggle over family inheritance, Tochi Wigwe, a tenacious SME entrepreneur, stays unaffected.

The 26-year-old daughter of the late Dr. Herbert Wigwe has chosen to prioritize her enthusiasm for business success rather than confront the controversy.

According to recent court filings making the rounds online, Tochi and her 90-year-old grandfather, Shyngle Wigwe, are at odds over family assets. He is allegedly suing her alongside Christian Chukwuka Wigwe. Social media has seen a wide range of responses to the findings.

But instead of getting sucked into the family conflict, Tochi boldly declared her dedication to empowering business owners in her most recent Instagram post.

She highlighted her commitment to promoting business growth and innovation by showcasing her ambitious initiative, The TW Entrepreneurship 2030 Agenda.

Celebrities like musician Darey Art Alade’s wife, Deola Art Alade, and her many admirers have shown their support for her tenacity by leaving supportive comments in her comment box.

Although they denied it, reports surfaced in October of last year that Pastor Shyngle Wigwe’s family had surreptitiously attempted to change Herbert Wigwe’s will to deny his children inheritance.

The will was then the subject of an internet legal challenge, purportedly submitted by Christian Chukwuka Wigwe on Pastor Shyngle Wigwe’s behalf. This challenge, which was allegedly filed at the Probate Registry, contested the distribution of the deceased banker’s inheritance.

According to reports, the family—particularly Pastor Shyngle Wigwe—was compelled by the revelation to change their previous denials and say that they had withdrawn the case because they were just worried about the wellbeing of the children.

The family had not withdrawn the suit, according to a court ruling that was speculated to have been made today. Tochi, Herbert Wigwe’s 26-year-old daughter, was allegedly involved in a legal battle alongside Uche Wigwe and Aigboje Aig-Imoukhuede.

The court ultimately reportedly ruled against them, affirming that Pastor Shyngle Wigwe and Christian Chukwuka Wigwe had no right to contest the will or claim any portion of the estate.
