Jude Okoye, the former manager of the now-defunct music group P-Square, has been granted bail of N100 million.
The bail was granted on Monday, March 3, 2025, ahead of his trial for charges related to alleged money laundering involving N1.38 billion, $1 million, and £34,537.59.
Reports indicate that Jude was brought before the court by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and was initially remanded in Ikoyi prison on Friday.
He was granted bail with two sureties, each required to present N100 million worth of landed property in Lagos. Additionally, Okoye is prohibited from traveling outside the country without prior approval.
His trial is scheduled to begin on April 14, 2025.
