Neymar reacts after being dropped by Ancelotti from Brazil’s squad

Neymar, a forward for Santos, has voiced his disappointment regarding Brazil coach Carlo Ancelotti’s choice to exclude him from the squad for upcoming international friendlies against France and Croatia.

On Monday, Ancelotti announced his squad, leaving Neymar off the list.

The Italian clarified that the ex-star of Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain is not in complete physical condition.

Neymar responded by expressing his sadness over not being included on the list in a media statement at an event in São Paulo.

“I’m upset, sad, about not being called up. But the focus remains day after day, training after training, game after gam,” Neymar said.

“We are going to achieve our goal. There is still one final call-up left, and the dream lives on. That is it, we are in this together.”
