Pastor Jerry Eze ranked richest YouTuber in Nigeria with N7bn earnings

Nigeria’s greatest YouTube earner is Pastor Jerry Eze, the founder of Streams of Joy International.

Playboard, a data curation platform that offers global YouTube channel rankings, made this announcement.

According to the report, Eze makes over N7 million per day as the convener of the well-known New Season Prophetic Prayers and Declarations (NSPPD), an online prayer platform with over 2.12 million subscribers and over one million views each day.

The reason Mr. Eze, a former World Bank communications specialist, is the highest YouTuber is that he is the most “Super Chatted” video creator in Nigeria.

Super Chat is a premium feature on YouTube that displays user messages at the top of a chat window for a certain amount of time.

In this instance, Eze receives 70% of the money made from Super Chats; the longer the message (Super Chat) is pinned, the higher the cost and earnings for the YouTuber.

According to Playboard data, the Abia-born artist has made N7.81 billion in total revenue, mostly from live streams on his YouTube website (money made during a given period.
