Famous Afrobeat star, Wizkid, has come down hard on Burna Boy for his alleged attack on DJ Tunez.

ZINGTIE reports that DJ Tunez, who serves as Wizkid’s official DJ, was beaten severely at a Lagos club on Monday night by Burna Boy and his team after refusing to play Burna’s music.

Following the incident, the Nigerian DJ Association (NDJ) took action by banning Burna Boy’s songs from playlists nationwide.

In retaliation, Burna Boy was seen in a video on social media, dancing with a towel, seemingly mocking DJ Tunez.

Wizkid, enraged by the altercation, criticized Burna Boy for attacking DJ Tunez with a 10-man team.

While calling Burna a fool, Wizkid also took aim at Burna Boy’s actions, accusing him of dancing with American singer Diddy’s towel.

“Pussy nigga jump a DJ with 10 man carry diddy towel Dey dance. I never see a fool like this diddy babe for my life,” Wizkid wrote on X.

Burna Boy had previously been accused of a same-sex relationship with the troubled American rapper Diddy. However, Burna Boy denied the claims, stating that his relationship with Diddy was strictly professional.

It’s worth noting that Diddy was arrested in 2024 and later sentenced to prison on multiple sexual assault charges.
