Ronaldo vs Messi: I’ve never seen any player like him – Quique Flores picks GOAT

Former Watford manager Quique Flores has shared his thoughts on the Lionel Messi vs. Cristiano Ronaldo GOAT controversy.

Given that both Messi and Ronaldo are nearing the end of their tremendous careers, the argument between them has been going on for a while.

Flores was questioned by Diario de Sevilla on who of Messi and Ronaldo to pick.

Insisting that he has never seen a player as extraordinary as the Argentine, the Spaniard backed with Messi.

“I have a very clear idea of my world team. Alfredo [Di Stéfano] is my godfather and one of the best in the world, but I didn’t live through those times.

“I have been following football since Pelé’s last steps and I have never seen anything [player] like Messi,” he said.
