Another guy was rescued by the Oyo State Fire Service from a deep well in the state capital of Ibadan.

In a statement released on Friday, the agency made this announcement.

Hon. Maroof Akinwande, the organization’s chairman, signed the statement.

According to Akinwande’s allegation, a man in his 38s was covered by a deep well at No. 1/184A, Ile-Epo complex, Beere, Ibadan.

According to him, the victim was found and given to a group of police officers from the Mapo police division.

He insisted that on Friday, December 5, 2025, at precisely 13:30, the fire service control room center received the emergency call.

He said, “Upon arrival, it was a man of about 38yrs of age, who fell into a deep well.

“Our officers hurriedly tied all necessary rescued knots with the lines.

“The victim was recovered and handed over to a team of policemen from the Mapo police division”.
