The Heal & Sparkle Foundation is set to host a groundbreaking women’s empowerment conference, “She Rises”, designed to guide women on their journey to healing, confidence, and purpose. The one-day event, scheduled for August 23 in Lagos, promises to be a transformative experience, featuring keynote sessions, mental health awareness campaigns, and self-inquiry exercises.

According to the foundation’s convener, Modupe Nnebedum, “She Rises” is more than just an event – it’s a movement. “We’re creating a space where women heal deeply, own their stories, and step boldly into their purpose,” she said. The conference will also feature the official launch of the She Rises Self-Inquiry Journal, a tool designed to help women navigate their personal journey to greatness.

The event will serve as a hub for women to connect, share experiences, and access resources that promote holistic empowerment. Highlights of the conference include an exhibition and networking fair, showcasing women-led businesses and wellness brands, as well as a special birthday celebration segment for women born in August.

Nnebedum emphasized the significance of the initiative, saying, “The launch of our Self-Inquiry Journal will extend this journey beyond the conference, offering every woman a personal roadmap to her greatness.” The She Rises conference promises to be a powerful platform for women to come together, heal, and empower each other.
