Galatasaray forward Victor Osimhen has been given the green light to play against Konyaspor in a Turkish Cup match.
Okan Buruk’s team will host Konyaspor at the RAMS Park on Thursday night.
Osimhen picked up a minor injury during Galatasaray’s 0-0 draw at home against Istanbul rival Fenerbahce on Monday. The energetic striker was substituted late in the game, raising concerns about a possible injury layoff.
However, reports from Turkey confirm that the Nigerian international has been cleared to play in the upcoming match against Konyaspor.
So far this season, Osimhen has scored 20 goals and provided five assists in 25 appearances across all competitions for Galatasaray.
It’s worth noting that he joined the Yellow and Reds on loan from Napoli in September.
