Polish football club Górnik Zabrze has announced the acquisition of Nigerian talent Valentine Nweke.
The 18-year-old centre-back joins from Nigeria National League (NNL) side Beyond Limits FA on loan for the season.
Górnik Zabrze, a 14-time Polish champion, holds the option to make the transfer permanent at the end of the season.
Nweke arrived at the club in January for trials, during which he featured in several friendly matches.
He will initially play for the club’s youth team, with the aim of eventually progressing to the first team.
