Martins Vincent Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan, is a Nigerian social media influencer and activist. He has promised N2 million to anyone who can provide him proof that imams possess a private aircraft or sell spiritual goods like pastors.

In a video posted on X on Monday, the activist also urged internet users and others who were criticizing him for damaging churches to bring him footage of an imam instructing attendees in a mosque to pay tithe.

As he explained his criticism of Nigerian Christian priests, VDM asked Prophet Jeremiah Fufeyin to show him an Imam selling spiritual apples, miracle water, and a pool of Bethsaida water.

“I’m going to be giving somebody N2 million. But one condition. I dey see a lot comments where people dey talk say VeryDarkMan why you na everytime you dey attack Christianity and church but you no dey attack Islam. Say if dem born me well make I attack Islam.“

“There is a lot of reasons why I will not attack Islam. But I will tell you today. I will give anybody for this social media N2 million if you fit provide me with a video of an Imam wey dey inside mosque wey talk to people say make dem pay tithe and if dem no pay tithe, A or B go happen.“

“Show a video of an Imam wey dey twist Quran to make money for himself inside the mosque. You see wetin Ibiyeomie dey talk say the reason God pursue Adam na because he touch his tithe.“

“Show me a video of an Imam inside mosque where he say make people pay money with manipulation.“

“That’s number one. Number two, show a video of any Imam wey get private jet. Or show me a video of Imam wey dey sell spiritual item like spiritual apple, miracle water, pool of Bethsaida water.“

“I must carry my Samuel apple. Show me an Imam anywhere in the country Nigeria wey dey sell that thing.” He said.

VDM responded to those who accused him of passing judgment and dragging the church to ruin by quoting a passage from the Bible to support his decision and refuting the idea that he was doing so.

According to him, he is fighting to free the underprivileged from dishonest pastors who exploit the weak and destitute.

“Now you went to quote Bible that the Bible say don’t judge, they have sent you to go and bring down the church.

“VeryDarkMan cannot bring down the church. Don’t deceive yourselves. VeryDarkMan is too small. Church don dey before dem born me.

“What am I trying to do? Liberation from false men of God, liars, manipulators. Now you will tell me don’t judge, The Bible also says judge.

“I will take you to Proverbs 31:9 says open your mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy.

“What do these people do, they take advantage of the poor and the needy people.” He said.
