A man identified as Hamisi has opened up about the unusual lifestyle that made it difficult for him to find a partner before eventually meeting his wife, Latifa.

Speaking in an interview with Afrimax, Hamisi explained that although many people consider his way of life unusual, he finds comfort and happiness in it.

He revealed that he sleeps inside a coffin and sometimes even takes his breakfast there, describing the coffin as his bed.

Hamisi, who reportedly owns several businesses and properties, has attracted attention not only because of his wealth but also because of his unusual personal habits.

He also disclosed that only the housemaid is permitted to enter his bedroom, highlighting the level of privacy and control he maintains over his personal space.

According to Hamisi, finding a woman willing to accept his lifestyle was a major challenge.

Speaking about his desire for marriage, he said: “At the moment i want to get married I want a woman who is used to this so that I grow and get higher powers

“When I lie in the coffin, I can see many things that others cannot, may people wonder how is that Possible so say it must be very hot inside but it feels like another world enitrely there is no cold and even today, My wife and I sleep comfortably inside it.”

Hamisi said his situation changed after he met Latifa, who eventually accepted the lifestyle he had struggled to explain to other women.

He said: “Today I have found a woman and I no longer have the problems I had when i was alone, the woman i met has resolved those issues

“My wealth allows me to do whatever i want so my wife and i are together now Initially it was difficult for her but today i can confidentially say she is living a happy life”

Latifa also spoke about her decision to marry Hamisi, admitting that accepting a man who sleeps in a coffin was initially difficult for her.

She said: “Currently i am staying at home but soon i would be helping my husband in his business and other activities, I am not going to explain how i manage it but it is definitely challenging to accept that a man lives in a coffin and then decided to marry him.

“However i didnt have any issues because i loved him, when I first saw his interview on your channel (Afrimax) i was scared despite this, i have always been interested in men who are different from others so i began to love him but on the other hand I still feel scared because sleeping in a coffin was quite unusual and frightening”

Hamisi explained that he had established a personal rule that he would not live with a woman unless she was willing to fully accept his lifestyle.

He said: “The Principle i had set for myself was that I would not live with a woman until i was sure she wold accept my lifestyle I made it clear that I couldn’t be with her without us both sleeping in this coffin because of this, Many women came but as soon as they realised what my life entailed they quickly left and never spoke to me again

“My wife knew a lot about me because she had seen the interview i did with you (Afrimax) when i brought her here, I told her everything including the rituals of introducing her to elders as part of this process, My wife and i had to sacrifice an animal to offer its blood to the elders who then accpeted her as my wife, When i brought my wife here first it was difficult but we managed to adjust”

Latifa recalled the fear she experienced when she first entered Hamisi’s home and saw his unusual sleeping arrangement.

She said: “When i Got to his house, that night i entered the room, I felt intense fear what i saw scared me that I lost patience and ran away I couldn’t stay in his house because of the terrifying things i had seen.

“Another day he came to me in the city and asked what had happened I told him how scared i was by what I saw he reassured me that it was normal and not a problem explaining things further until i start to understand My love for him grew and it wasn’t long before i felt the need to return to him, I realized i had no choice because i loved him I immediately decided to live with him for the rest of our lives.

“The first day in the coffin was so scary that even approaching me was so difficult”

Hamisi interrupted to explain how his wife eventually adapted to sleeping in the coffin with him.

He said: “The first time she slept in the coffin she saw many things and was very surprised since we became one, we shared the same experience she often gave me advise and tells me not to do certain things something things don’t go well and we have to give up and come back to them later she is a very intelligent woman”
