After releasing a video in which she sobbed and expressed regret for voting for Donald Trump, a Latina woman became viral.
President Donald Trump signed a number of executive orders to further his immigration agenda after taking office on January 20, 2025.
Enhanced Vetting, the creation of “Homeland Security Task Forces,” the termination of birthright citizenship, and more are among the orders.
A Latina woman who supported Trump took to her TikTok to voice her outrage when U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) started to detain illegal immigrants.
She said: “This is so crazy that we voted for Trump. We trust him with the words that he promised us Latinos.
“This is crazy that starting next week, multiple cities will be hitting immigration.
“That is so crazy that multiple people are scared to go to work.
“Where I work at, a lot of Latinos did not go to work and that’s crazy because we have a living too.”
She turned her camera to show Trump speaking on TV then she said: “I hate that I voted for him. Now I’m so scared for my family and y’all’s families.
“Y’all, we need to come together and do something about this.”
Many of her supporters retaliated against her, claiming that Trump is fulfilling all of his campaign promises.
Trump was the most popular Republican presidential candidate in modern history, receiving 46 percent of the vote from Latino voters.
