VIDEO: Lady shares what happened at exactly 12 midnight after boarding night bus to East

A disturbing situation transpired in the early hours of the morning when a commercial driver abandoned his passengers in a rural area, leaving them stuck until sunrise.

The passengers, who had boarded a night bus traveling east, found themselves deserted in the bush at exactly midnight.

The passengers apparently had to spend the night in the wilderness till six in the morning since the driver did not return.

A video of the seconds after the driver vanished was posted on TikTok by @ iam_slimstar, one of the impacted passengers.

The passengers’ rage and irritation as they bemoaned their unanticipated circumstance were captured in the video.

The passengers, who were abandoned to fend for themselves in the dark, were heard and seen in the video expressing their anguish and distress.

“POV: Took a night bus to the East and the driver ran away and left us in the bush from 12am to 6am,” the video’s caption read.

A Nigerian man named Phillip Chukwuemeka commented on the news and cautioned people about getting aboard night buses.

In his words: “I would honestly advise to totally avoid night buses especially because of the situation of the country now. Insecurity and all. But if you must, then please be cautious.”
