VIDEO: Lady shares what Zenith Bank did to her mother after she reported a pending N2.5million debit transaction

After alerting Zenith Bank to a pending N2.5 million debit transaction in her account, a Nigerian woman recently posted a video on social media showcasing the gift the bank sent her mother.

On TikTok, the woman claimed that her mother had sent 2.5 million to a third party without being charged. While the recipient was credited, the funds stayed in her account for two weeks.

Two weeks after the transaction, she informed her bank that the money was still in her account and that it had been debited.

To express their gratitude, the bank called her mother and gave her a bottle of wine and a shopping bag.

Her words: “Today is Sunday and there’s no better day to post this than today. My mom is so proud of her bank @zenithbankplc just for one reason, she said they have a policy to treat these set of people with love. which is the elderly, pregnant Women and nursing moms. If you fall into these categories just know that zenith will pamper you. And she said she will not drink the wine till December when all her children will be gathered. I mean who does that?”
