A Nigerian guy allegedly bought a stolen iPhone 14 from a mallam for about ₦20,000 and tried to resale it for ₦150,000, according to a TikTok post that went viral.

The man gives his version of events in the video, stating that he took the phone to the market to sell it after obtaining it.

The buyer negotiated a price reduction from the original ₦150,000 to ₦110,000.

However, he acknowledged lying about the phone’s origin when the customer questioned him about it.
