A man overseas cautioned his girlfriend about her behaviour in Nigeria as she was getting ready to leave the nation without him.

The man claimed he didn’t want to find his girlfriend doing “detty” December in Nigeria, even if he seemed to be seeing her off.

The man cautioned her against losing sight of their relationship while in Nigeria. His girlfriend erupted in laughter as he warned her.

But in the midst of hilarity, he kept giving his counsel. He jokingly threatened to keep an eye on his girlfriend’s behaviour because he had eyes in the nation. In his own words:

“Effy, If you like, go to Nigeria, let me catch you doing detty December and forget that you have boyfriend.

“You think it is a joke. You think it is a joke, eh. I will see it o. I get eyes for naija.”
