When the bride gave her husband a very personal gift as a surprise, the wedding ceremony in Nigeria took an emotional turn.
The groom was clearly moved in front of everyone by the considerate gesture, which caused tears to well up in his eyes.
The bride, @daisypearl1226, posted the scene on TikTok after capturing it on camera.
A framed picture of the groom and his late mother was given to him on the morning of their wedding, according to her caption.
The young guy was moved to tears by her choice of gift, despite the fact that the picture served as a terrible reminder of the groom’s loss.
Friends and family came around to support and console the groom as he battled to control his emotions.
The couple’s love and dedication to one another stayed at the forefront despite the somewhat sombre mood.
“I gifted my husband a frame of him and his late mum on the morning of our wedding. The best moment for me on our wedding day. Thank God our friends are there to get him out of the sad mood. We love you ma. Keep resting,” the video’s caption read.
