VIDEO: Pastor who prophesied about Ibu, Amaechi’s death reveal next Nollywood legend to die

The comments of Nigerian politicians who called Pastor Robert Jr., the senior prophet of Grace Confirmation Church Worldwide, Enugu, over his prophecy regarding the deaths of Nollywood legends Amaechi Muonagor and Mr. Ibu, have been shared.

Recall that a popular cleric prophesied three Nollywood legends’ deaths in a video.

Three Nigerian politicians approached Muonagor about his prophecy, which the cleric disclosed on his official Facebook page on Monday, one day after his death was made public.

According to Pastor Robert, one of them, he cried when he told him what would happen in the nation.

On December 31, 2023, the cleric published a video prophecy asking for prayers for three Nollywood legends who he predicted would pass away in 2024.

In the video, he declared, “Nollywood legends are gone. Zack Orji gone. Amaechi Muonagor gone. Mr Ibu gone… We need to pray for these people. What I saw in that vision, look at how they would go…”

With so many legends falling victim to death in a matter of weeks, the prophecy appears to be bad news for the Nigerian film industry.

After a protracted battle with kidney disease, Muonagor passed away.

A video of the actor pleading with Nigerians for financial assistance so that he might travel abroad for a kidney transplant went viral a few days later.

A popular hospital and film director named Ugeze J. Ugeze confirmed the tragic news to Vanguard, saying the late actor had just been released. At the same time, he waited to raise money for more treatment abroad.

On set, he was a committed actor who was always willing to follow directions, according to his description of the deceased.

“Muonagor did his utmost. I had coached him on a few occasions. God is the wisest, according to Ugeze.

However, in January of this year, Nollywood actor Zack Orji, who suffered from a brain operation on January 1, 2024, was given support by Nigerians, according to Minister of Arts, Culture, and the Creative Economy Hannatu Musawa.

During her visit to the actor at a private hospital in Wuse, Abuja, Musawa made a plea.

Nneka Anibeze, the minister’s special assistant for media and publicity, posted a statement on Facebook that included this information.

Musawa expressed optimism about the veteran actor’s recovery and offered sympathy for his family, describing him as a national asset.
