The video shows the woman frying puff puff, a common flour-based snack, while seated in a boat.

She appears to be so preoccupied with cooking that she neglects to use her paddle, which raises the possibility that her boat will capsize.

She was spotted selling puff puff to a fisherman on the water while she was conducting business.
