When a Nigerian mother learned that her son had shaved off his dreadlocks for a low cut, she was ecstatic, pointing out that he looked completely different in them.

In a video that her daughter, @kallmechioma, shared, the woman was seen dancing and singing while thanking her Creator for letting her kid grow out of his dreadlocks and into a more appropriate haircut.

His mother advised him to keep his hair low and avoid going back to his dreadlocks after he performed the cross sign in the air.

The prior hairdo made him look like a stranger in their home, but the new one made him look like her kid, she said in jest.
