What I could have done if I wasn’t acting – Deyemi Okanlawon

Popular Nollywood actor Deyemi Okanlawon has disclosed what he would have done for a living if he hadn’t entered the movie business.

In a recent interview with Pulse, Okanlawon said that if he hadn’t been an actor, he would have become a Christian preacher.

“I don’t think I can call it a career path; it would have been more of a calling. I think I would have been a pastor [if I wasn’t an actor],” he said.

He clarified that he opposes domestic violence, dispelling rumors that he is abusive due to some of the parts he has performed in films.

The most absurd rumors the actor has heard about himself, according to him, are that he is “expensive to hire.”

It is not a rumor, he stressed, however.
