‘Why every man should have multiple women’ – Seun Kuti

Diligent Monogamy has been minimised by Nigerian musician Seun Kuti, who claims that it “doesn’t work.”

The Afrobeat singer emphasised that every guy should have many ladies and urged males to embrace polygamy.

Seun asserted on the “Bahd & Boujee” podcast that having several women shows wealth and power.

He said, “Monogamy doesn’t work. As a powerful man, you must have the support of numerous powerful goddesses. You know, women that are in your life because the ancestors want to put them there. You share with them.”

He continued by saying that Fela Anikulapo Kuti, his late father and the father of Afrobeat, married 27 women in a single day and had over 100 concubines.

It is well known that Seun Kuti is only married to one woman, Yetunde Kuti.
