According to Biodun Ajiboye, Executive Secretary of the National Institute for Cultural Orientation, those supporting the North Agenda against President Bola Tinubu are motivated by personal resentment.

This was said by Ajiboye on Thursday during his guest appearance on “The Morning Show” on Arise Television.

He said that every statistic that is currently available about President Tinubu’s appointments and project selections has been biased in favor of the northern region of Nigeria, which has the largest number of projects in the country.

“There is no one government that can solve the problem of a people.Whether Nigeria or in any other country. You realise that we don’t have all the revenue in the world. Nigeria was broke when President Tinubu took over.

“That the president sent 60 appointees to attend the Arewa meeting, is a mark of respect for the North and not a sign of weakness. If you say this government has not done enough, let the people that have been doing come and tell you how much they have done. That’s the language. It’s not a consequence of panic.

“If Gombe state is saying that there is no federal presence, let the governor come and tell us what he has been doing with the federal allocation that has tripled in the last two years. What federal presence does he want,” Ajiboye asked.
