2027: ‘How Kwankwaso circumcised me’ – Idahosa names only two political parties in Nigeria

Archbishop Isaac Idahosa, the NNPP’s vice presidential candidate, has claimed that Rabiu Kwankwaso, the party’s national leader, was the one who politically circumcised him.

Idahosa, Kwankwaso’s running mate in the 2023 presidential election, asserted that the NNPP and the others are the only two political parties in the nation.

The religious leader insisted that Kwankwaso be elected president of Nigeria in 2027 during his remarks at the party’s National Executive Committee meeting in Abuja on Thursday.

“First and foremost, it’s important I congratulate our national leader, our navigator, our pathfinder, the man that circumcised me politically, His Excellency, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso,” he said.

Idahosa went on to say that the NNPP’s success in the recently held by-elections, which saw the party gain one member in the House of Representatives, is proof of the party’s power and significant progress in Kano.

“It is gratifying to note that our party, NNPP, has continued to show reliance and focus under the able leadership of my boss, Kwankwaso,” he added.

“Let me make it clear here that Nigerians are looking up to our leader for directions and leadership.

“The only thing that made our party credible today is the credibility and integrity, sagacity, capacity, ability of my boss, the Madugu of Nigerian politics.

“He is the only credible alternative before us that is capable of restoring hope, equity and justice to the Nigerian people and the Nigerian masses are awaiting your rising to the throne very soon.

“Leadership is about the people and not of personal interest.

“It is important to note that we have only two parties in Nigeria, NNPP and others.”
