2027: Malami Makes Key Move Ahead of Kebbi Governorship Race

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) governorship candidate in Kebbi State, Abubakar Malami, has selected Musa Zagi as his running mate for the 2027 governorship election.

The announcement was contained in a statement released on Friday by the party’s Publicity Secretary, Engr. Abubakar Atiku Musa.

According to the statement, Zagi’s nomination was approved by the ADC governorship candidate.

The party congratulated Zagi on his emergence, expressing optimism that he possesses the capacity to effectively perform the duties of the office if elected.

It also extended congratulations to all ADC candidates seeking various elective positions in the 2027 general elections, urging party members and supporters to remain united as the polls approach.

The statement further appealed for peaceful, credible and transparent elections, while calling on the people of Kebbi State to support the party’s candidates.
