According to Joe Igbokwe, a leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), President Bola Tinubu has mobilized “his men everywhere” in order to secure his reelection in 2027.

Igbokwe stated in a post on his official Facebook page on Monday that Tinubu will beat opposition leaders who are pursuing presidential ambitions.

He asserts that even before Tinubu became president of Nigeria, he began preparing for reelection.

The post reads, “The truth is that those who want to challenge PBAT in 2027 are not as smart as he is.

“Before he even stepped into Aso Villa he had started planning for 2027. His challengers may not know that the Apamaku had already planted his men everywhere.”

This comes after the president was accused by opposition leaders of sowing discord in every political party that opposed his administration.

Former vice president Atiku Abubakar claims that the ruling party planned the leadership crises that shook the Labour Party (LP) and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in order to stifle the opposition before the general elections in 2027.
