The seasoned actor claims that because he was born in Gabon, he is a citizen of that country.
The actor, well-known for his intense performances in Nigerian films, revealed this little-known part of his life in a recent podcast interview.
Zack Orji, also known as Zubby Michael, claims that he was born in Gabon because of his father’s many business travels.
He disclosed some information about his lineage, saying that his father had given him the middle name Amaefuna, which translates to “Let my heritage not be lost.”
During the podcast conversation, Zack Orjil talked about how his recent trip back to Gabon marked a turning point in his efforts to stay in touch with his heritage.
He talked about how, like his father, he has traveled regularly because of his career.
Due to this scenario, he was forced to return to his place of origin, where he shot a movie and conducted family history research.
