Online outrage has been triggered by a video showing three men flogging a woman in a boutique.

The woman is seen lying down in the web video while the men with canes flog her.

The woman sits up, writhing in agony, while the men keep beating her.

The scene makes it obvious that the flogging took place in a business.

According to some unverified stories, it took place in a Lagos Island boutique.

What the woman did to deserve such a beating is unclear. According to other accusations, the owner of the store ordered her to be assaulted after she stole.
