On Wednesday, President Bola Tinubu declared that Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), is welcome to join the All Progressives Congress (APC).

When Wike chooses to join the ruling party, Tinubu stated that the APC is willing to accept him.

In addition to a few other roads in Katampe District, he spoke during the commissioning of Arterial Road N16 (Shehu Shagari Way), which connects Ring Road One (Nnamdi Azikiwe Way) to Arterial Road N20 (Wole Soyinka Road).

According to the president, the APC “will continue to be in a joyous mood” with Wike, while its opponents “writhe in pain.”

At the moment, Wike is a member of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

The PDP is experiencing leadership problems that stem from the lead-up to the 2023 presidential election.
