Nentawe Yilwatda, the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has characterized President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the party’s most valuable asset.

Yilwatda expressed confidence that the president is strategically positioned to win a second term in office in 2027.

The comments were made in Abuja during the APC Northwest Youth Mobilisation Meet-and-Greet event organized by Bello Goronyo, the Minister of State for Works.

Yilwatda identified multiple elements that could bolster Tinubu’s chances for re-election, such as increasing youth engagement, demonstrable policy results, the party’s growing national presence, and the use of data-driven mobilization strategies.

He observed that Tinubu’s approach to governance and the APC’s growing grassroots engagement have contributed to the party being acknowledged as “the largest political party in Africa,” with its acceptance expanding across the nation.

“Every day we keep on receiving more governors. Every day we keep on receiving more National Assembly members.

“We receive market women. We receive farmers. We receive students,” he said.

Stressing the importance of unity among party members, the APC chairman urged them to stay loyal and cohesive, saying: “This party is your biggest asset. The President is our biggest asset. Let us stand by this party.”
