The next club of Polish striker Robert Lewandowski has reportedly emerged as transfer activities continue during the summer window.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano disclosed that the veteran forward has reached an agreement to join Major League Soccer side Chicago Fire.
According to the report, Lewandowski visited both the club and the city about two weeks ago, where discussions over the move took place.
The 37-year-old is expected to complete the transfer and officially sign for the American club early next week as he prepares to begin a new phase of his football career in the United States.
Lewandowski departed Barcelona at the end of the 2025/26 campaign after spending several seasons with the Spanish giants.
The Polish international previously enjoyed successful spells in the German Bundesliga, where he represented Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Munich.
Lewandowski is absent from the ongoing FIFA World Cup after Poland failed to secure qualification for the global tournament.
