The party has successfully finished its paperwork with the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, according to the National Publicity Secretary of the African Democratic Congress, ADC,.

The party has complied with all requirements of the paperwork with the electoral umpire, according to Abdullahi, who made this confirmation on Monday.

“We have successfully completed our documentations with INEC. In fact, we were able to meet the outstanding documentation as of Thursday last week,” he said.

The submission of the names of the party’s major officers, along with the signatures of the National Secretary, Rauf Aregbesola, and the National Chairman, David Mark, were reportedly among the unresolved concerns.

Solomon Dalung, a former Sports Minister, has also stated that the ADC is ready for the general elections in 2027.

He allayed concerns that procedural problems would impact the party’s preparedness for the elections when appearing as a guest on Arise TV’s Morning Show on Monday.
