AFCON: Full highlight of Super Eagles 2-0 defeat against Cameroon, to play Angola in quarter-final

The lineup is as follows:

Alex Iwobi and Frank Onyeka are midfielders.

The match between the Nigerian Super Eagles and the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon has begun.

Nigeria and Cameroon are playing each other in their eighth Africa Cup of Nations match.

Remarkably, Cameroon triumphed in all three of these prior confrontations, which took place in the tournament’s finals in 1984, 1988, and 2000.

Uzoho replaces Nwabali, who has been stretched off the pitch, in minute 77. Kenneth Omeruo has a good impression of Zaidu.

75 minutes: Cameroon has made their first replacement of the match during this cooling-off period. First, Gonzales is replaced by Captain Vincent Aboubakar.

73 minutes: The Nigerian custodian keeps being fouled. Nkoudou receives the Cameroonian team’s second yellow card of the match. Francis Uzoho, who is likely to replace Nwabali, is warming up as his leg is bandaged.

70 minutes: Following a skillfully raised free kick into the box, Nwabali knocks the ball out of the box. There is a lot of pressure building on the

66 minutes: Super Eagles goalie Nwabali is back on his feet following medical attention from the medical staff following a tackle in the air.

58 minutes: It looks like the Cameroonians are starting to wake up and take control of the game. The Nigerian team is mostly engaged in defence.

55 minutes: Following a foul on Onyeka during a counterattack, the Cameroonian player (Christopher Wooh) receives his first yellow card of the match. Lookman took the post to give a free kick.

48 minutes: Osihmen is being tackled once more. The Cameroonian goalkeeper easily collected Nigeria’s free-kick.

46 minutes into the game: As the second half gets underway, both teams appear optimistic about what lies ahead. Following a forceful tackle on Napoli striker Osihmen, Nigeria is awarded a free kick.

First Half: Following a protracted push in the opposition’s box, Semi Ajayi’s rebound in the 35th minute gives Nigeria a lead.

However, a VAR review was conducted on the goal.
