AFCON: Osimhen cleared by doctors, travels to Bouake for South Africa clash

Doctors have given Victor Osimhen, the striker for the Super Eagles, the all-clear to play against South Africa in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations semifinal.

ZINGTIE has been informed by sources in Abidjan that Osimhen should be ready for Wednesday’s match.

The Napoli striker is on his way to Bouake to meet with the team.

On Monday, when the club released a statement indicating that Osimhen was experiencing stomach problems, questions regarding his role surfaced.

Osimhen, who has just once scored in the competition, was left behind when the other players made their way to the game.
