The price of the Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) has been raised once more by the Dangote Petroleum Refinery, representing the third increase in the span of a week.

On Monday, the refinery notified marketers of a price increase, raising the gantry price of Premium Motor Spirit to N1,175 per litre from the N995 per litre that was announced on Friday.

It is claimed that this signifies a rise of N180 or roughly 18.1 percent over the course of three days.

Also, the refinery adjusted the gantry price of Automotive Gas Oil (diesel) to N1,620 per litre.

The refinery has recently raised its PMS price to N995 per liter, up from the weekend’s N874. This increase has caused the nationwide fuel pump price to surpass N1,000 per liter.
