American model and television personality, Amber Rose, has disclosed that she no longer identifies as a feminist, explaining that her outlook has changed since becoming a mother to sons.

Rose made the revelation while discussing how her beliefs have evolved with age and motherhood.

She said she continues to support women’s empowerment and believes in “girl power,” but now has a wider perspective on issues surrounding gender.

“As I’ve gotten older and now have sons, I’m no longer a feminist. I still believe in girl power, but I see both sides now,” Rose said.

Her remarks have generated reactions online, with some social media users debating her decision to distance herself from feminism, while others suggested that motherhood and raising sons may have influenced the change in her perspective.

Rose has previously spoken publicly about women’s empowerment, body positivity and issues relating to gender.
