Kingsley Ononogbu, the chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC) Abia State chapter, has urged harmony and peace among Abia’s leaders and party members, characterizing them as master plans to seize Abia in 2027.

When Mascot Uzor Kalu, the former chief of staff to the governor of Abia, came to the APC office in Umuahia on Friday to preach about peace, Ononogbu made the call.

The chairman of the APC stated that his party may seize power in the state in 2027 and emphasized that the APC will win votes throughout Abia through grassroots mobilization and raising awareness of President Bola Tinubu’s accomplishments.

Ononogbu, accompanied by APC State Secretary Chidi Avajah, stated that the removal of subsidies prevented Nigerian governors from relying on borrowing to govern their states and that Governor Alex Otti should be evaluated based on the substantial sum of money he receives from federal allocation.

Mascot Uzor Kalu, the former chief of staff to the previous governor of Abia State, urged APC leaders and members to be calm and unified in order to prevail in the upcoming political conflict.

His visit to the state party was primarily intended to address his belief that the party can only succeed if its members are united and together.
